Oversee the overall business operations of a healthcare facility/group. Provide thorough and effective supervision of staff. Ensure prompt and courteous service to clients and patients in all areas, whether on the telephone or in person.
Education: 4 year college graduate or equivalent, 3-5 years of previous management experience preferred.
Experience: Good computer and keyboard skills; accurate and detail oriented; problem solving; pro-active planning; metric development; good organizational skills and communication skills; The ability to work with other department managers and supervisors; experience with management of staff; Ability to manage work load and empower others.
