Job Description

Pacific Medical Group is a well-established primary care group with 31 providers in five clinic sites throughout the greater Portland area. Growth opportunities are open in several Portland Metro clinics. Our strong patient base is growing and we have plans to launch new clinic sites in surrounding communities.

Our neighborhood clinics have been a part of this community for over 100 years and throughout these years, we are proud to provide the highest quality of care to multiple generations of families.

We Offer:

  • 100% outpatient
  • Light telephone call
  • Physician autonomy
  • Highly competitive compensation package
  • Signing bonuses
  • Loan repayment assistance negotiable
  • Stipends may be offered to residents who commit early

Our Mission:

“We make a positive difference by providing patient-centered primary care and customer focused service. In living our values, we foster an enriching work environment, provide leadership, and collaborate with others in the improvement of health.”

Portland, Oregon:
The city of Portland sits on the Columbia and Willamette rivers, beside snow-capped Mount Hood. It’s known for its parks, bridges and bicycle paths, as well as for its eco-friendliness and its microbreweries, coffeehouses and diversity of world famous food. Iconic Washington Park encompasses sites from the formal Japanese Garden to Oregon Zoo and its railway. The city hosts thriving art, theater and music scenes. Nearby is Oregon’s gorgeous wine country. Coastal beach resorts are about an hour away.

Pacific Medical Group is part of Praxis Health, the largest independent medical group in Oregon. Praxis is a family of primary care and specialty clinics providing accessible and quality health care throughout the state of Oregon.

Praxis Health is a well-established provider of health care services in the state of Oregon. We are not big-box health care, rather a family of 32 medical clinics throughout the state. Providing a small clinic environment, uncommon provider autonomy, and an umbrella of administrative support services, it’s the best of all worlds. Medicine the way you like it!

Providers choose Praxis for two important reasons: First, we hire the best. A decision to join our team is to work alongside outstanding colleagues who offer exceptional medical care. Secondly providers choose Praxis because it feels like home. We offer the intimacy and collegiality of a small clinic environment, but with the support and security provided by a centralized and experienced administrative team. Each group functions much like an independent group, and retains its own name and culture.

Such accommodation requests should be promptly submitted to HR and will be reviewed and approved based on the circumstances presented.
