Pacific Medical Group, of Praxis Health, has been deeply rooted in the community since 1904! With 6 clinic sites throughout the greater Portland metropolitan area, our exceptional team of physicians provides Family Medicine health care to multiple generations of families in a patient-centric environment.

 

The walkability of the North Portland community to natural spaces and residential areas, as well as its multitude of popular restaurants, pubs and shops, attracts more families and young professionals every year. With a growing patient panel, we are looking to add a Family Medicine Physician to our team where we have built a positive and inclusive culture that feels like home. Providers and staff at this clinic have such a great rapport with each other that we want to keep building on that with the addition of a physician committed to providing compassionate and individualized care to all ages. Minimum Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Abilities:

  • Highly-engaged MD/DO physician
  • Board Certification/ Board Eligible and Residency trained in Family Medicine
  • Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
  • Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
  • Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
  • In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Respect for patient's confidentiality
  • Compassionate and approachable
  • Responsible and trustworthy
  • Attend work regularly and on time

General Physical Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
