With growing patient demand, we are opening Pearl Street Medical Clinic as the newest clinic in the Praxis Health family of primary care and specialty clinics, this summer 2024. We are seeking a passionate Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who has an interest in delivering high quality care within a team-driven environment.

Required Qualifications & Abilities:

• Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum 2 years experience in Primary Care
• Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
• Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
• In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Respect for patient's confidentiality
• Compassionate and approachable
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Attend work regularly and on time
