Job Description

Northwest Medical Associates, in Vancouver, Washington is a small practice with big heart, and a stellar reputation as we have been providing care in SW Washington for over 30 years. This suburban, neighborhood clinic is deeply rooted in the Vancouver community and over the years, our physicians have provided exceptional care to several generations of families. As an incoming Family Medicine Physician, you will inherit a full and established, all ages/ full spectrum patient panel from a retiring provider, which will make it very easy to quickly build a full practice.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Abilities:

  • Highly-engaged MD/DO physician
  • Board Certification/ Board Eligible and Residency trained in Internal or Family Medicine
  • Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
  • Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
  • Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
  • In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Respect for patient's confidentiality
  • Compassionate and approachable
  • Responsible and trustworthy
  • Attend work regularly and on time

General Physical Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
