Compensation Package Highlights:

  • Base Salary: $150,000
  • Relocation Assistance/ Loan Repayment/ Sign-On Bonus

Minimum Qualifications

 

Required Qualifications & Abilities:

  • Currently licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Required: 2 years experience as a licensed Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) within an out-patient Primary Care clinic or value-based care (VBC) system
  • Required: Passion for Primary Care
  • Preferred: 3+ years experience as a licensed Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) within an out-patient Primary Care clinic or value-based care (VBC) system
  • Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
  • Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
  • Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
  • In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Respect for patient's confidentiality
  • Compassionate and approachable
  • Responsible and trustworthy
  • Attend work regularly and on time

Qualifications Needed:

  • Valid Oregon License.
  • Demonstrated care team delivery model experience.
  • Proven ability to think creatively and drive innovative solutions in a clinical environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate the occasional lack of clarity related to building a modern healthcare delivery system in partnership with the payer.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with value-based care models or alternative payment systems.
  • Familiarity with the use of health technologies (e.g., telemedicine, patient engagement platforms, AI).
  • Strong track record of enhancing patient satisfaction and outcomes (as evidenced by these examples: HEDIS, RAF, NPS scores).
