This critical leadership role will spearhead our quality improvement initiatives across primary care clinics and payer programs, driving measurable, impactful results. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a team of HEDIS reviewers with clear goals and performance metrics.
• Develop and implement quality improvement projects using innovative tools and methods.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
• Analyze data to drive actionable insights and track quality program performance.
• Serve as the key liaison between Praxis and payer partners.
• Provide training on HEDIS measures and best practices to clinic leaders and staff.
• Host internal and external meetings to communicate progress and new initiatives.

1. Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, Business Administration, Health Administration, or a licensed Healthcare professional with management experience.
2. 5 Years’ experience managing employees in a clinic setting or equivalent preferred.

3. Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

4. SQL and Powerbi skills preferred.

5. Project management certification preferred
