We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) to join our innovative primary care team. The BHC will operate within the Primary Care Behavioral Health Model, collaborating with primary care providers (PCPs) to enhance patient care through behavioral health interventions and consultation. This role emphasizes integration, brief interventions, and collaboration to improve overall patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong consultative skills, a commitment to patient-centered care, and expertise in behavioral and cognitive behavioral interventions.

This position is ideal for Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, or Licensed Master’s Level Counselors (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) who excel in fast-paced, interdisciplinary settings. It is focused on brief, targeted interventions and consultative support within the primary care environment.
