As a Front Desk Medical Office Support team member in our newest clinic opening May 1, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient experiences from the moment they walk through our doors.
In this dynamic role, you’ll manage the heartbeat of our front office—greeting patients with professionalism and empathy, handling check-ins, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and keeping our electronic health records (EHR) system humming. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment where adaptability and a patient-first mindset are key.
What You’ll Do:
- Create a warm, lasting first impression by greeting patients and managing inquiries with care and efficiency.
- Master our modern clinic tools to schedule appointments, process payments, and update patient records with precision.
- Collaborate with providers and care teams to keep patient flow seamless and stress-free.
- Embrace new technologies and workflows, turning challenges into opportunities to shine.
- Uphold confidentiality, safety, and compliance with HIPAA and clinic standards.
Who You Are:
- A tech-savvy problem-solver with at least one year of healthcare front office or customer service experience.
- A clear communicator with a friendly, empathetic vibe and a knack for staying cool under pressure.
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and eager to learn as our care model evolves.
- Bonus points if you’re bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages)!

- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare or administrative training is a plus.
- Strong computer skills and a positive, adaptable attitude.
- Ability to sit, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs in a typical clinical setting.
