Minimum Qualifications

✅ Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health or Business Administration (or be a licensed healthcare professional with management experience).

  • 5+ years’ experience leading clinic operations and teams.

  • Proven track record in clinic or healthcare leadership, including budget oversight and organizational development.

General Physical Requirements

Physical Demands

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds (e.g., carrying recruitment materials or supplies).
  • Regular use of hands and fingers for typing, handling paperwork, and other office tasks.
  • Ability to travel to recruitment events, partner institutions, or clinic locations as needed (up to 10-20% of the time).

Work Environment

  • Primarily a standard office environment with minimal noise levels.
  • May occasionally work in off-site settings, such as recruitment fairs, universities, or clinical settings.
