Portland, Oregon:

Edgy, green, and effortlessly cool, Portland, Oregon is where rainforest vibes meet runway minimalism. Tucked between river and mountain with a view of Mt. Hood that feels almost cinematic, this is a city that reinvents the idea of “urban escape.” Mornings begin with oat milk cortados from design-forward cafés, followed by forest bathing in 5,000-acre Forest Park or gallery-hopping through the Pearl. Every detail is curated—whether it’s the brutalist architecture softened by trailing ivy, or the way locals layer Gore-Tex and vintage denim like a second language.

Portland pulses with a creative confidence that’s both grounded and forward-thinking. Indie brands, natural wine bars, and zero-waste concept shops fill walkable neighborhoods where you’re just as likely to find a pop-up tattoo studio as a handcrafted mezcal tasting. Dining here is hyperlocal and haute—think open-fire cooking, foraged ingredients, and tasting menus that read like poetry. It’s a place for aesthetes and adventurers, tastemakers and trail runners, where the lines between luxury and authenticity blur beautifully.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications Needed:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree; board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine.
  • Valid medical license.
  • Demonstrated care team leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven ability to think creatively and drive innovative solutions in a clinical environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate the occasional lack of clarity related to building a modern healthcare delivery system in partnership with the payer.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with value-based care models or alternative payment systems.
  • Familiarity with health technologies (e.g., telemedicine, patient engagement platforms, AI).
  • Strong track record of enhancing patient satisfaction and outcomes (as evidenced by these examples: HEDIS, RAF, NPS scores).
  • A pioneering and operationally savvy Physician to partner in the development of an innovative and evolving healthcare clinic that aims to transform the traditional healthcare delivery model. Physician will prioritize patient satisfaction, champion creativity particularly as it relates to utilization of AI allowing Physician to prioritize patient care. Embrace an open-minded, nimble approach to care delivery that doesn’t shy away from technology. The ideal candidate is motivated, resilient, and thrives in the ambiguity of creating something new and impactful. The successful Physician could potentially assume a pivotal role in shaping the business’s future.
