What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an NP or PA with at least 1 year of experience in an outpatient primary care setting, who shares our commitment to high-quality, whole-person care. Our ideal candidate will:

  • Be skilled and confident in seeing patients across the age spectrum, from pediatrics to geriatrics
  • Embrace preventive care as a cornerstone of wellness and patient engagement
  • Manage both acute and chronic conditions with attentiveness, empathy, and sound clinical judgment
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute to a culture of respect and shared purpose

 

Highlights:

  • Compensation: $150,000 - $190,000+/year

Minimum Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Abilities:

  • Minimum 1 years experience as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) within an out-patient Primary Care clinic
  • Current Nurse Practitioner license
  • Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
  • Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
  • Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
  • In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Respect for patient's confidentiality
  • Compassionate and approachable
  • Responsible and trustworthy
  • Attend work regularly and on time

General Physical Requirements
