Praxis Health is seeking a dedicated, team-oriented Internal Medicine Physician to join our highly respected, physician-led clinic in Eugene, Oregon. Here, you’ll care for a diverse adult patient panel in a collaborative environment with strong referral relationships and robust support from experienced staff. Our providers enjoy a 100% outpatient model with no hospital responsibilities, giving you time to focus on what matters most—developing long-term relationships with your patients and making a lasting impact on their health and lives.

Benefit Highlights:

  • Compensation:
    • 12-month salary guarantee with practice ramp up: $270,000
    • Salary range of established physicians: $270,000 - $380,000/yr
  • $75,000 Loan Repayment Assistance
  • Up to $30,000 Sign-on bonus/ $15,000 Relocation
  • 4 day workweek
  • Outpatient practice

Minimum Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Abilities:

  • Highly-engaged MD/DO physician
  • Open to all experience levels
  • Prefer 3 or more years of experience
  • Board Certification/ Board Eligible and Residency trained in Internal or Family Medicine
  • Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
  • Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
  • Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
  • In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Respect for patient's confidentiality
  • Compassionate and approachable
  • Responsible and trustworthy
  • Attend work regularly and on time

General Physical Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
