Praxis Health is seeking a Director of Primary Care for our Northeast Oregon Region! The leadership role is part of a team that provides clinical support for NE Oregon family medicine and urgent care clinics.
This position will be responsible for a NE Oregon region, and its profit and loss performance, team engagement, continued transition to a value-based patient care model, and creating a delightful patient experience. The ideal individual for this position is growth-oriented with a track-record of healthcare leadership and is ready to take on managing the primary care market in the assigned region for Praxis Health.
