About the Role
As a Medical Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting providers and ensuring seamless patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
Room patients, obtain vitals, medical history, and allergy/asthma updates.
Accurately document in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
Assist providers with clinical procedures and testing.
Manage clinical tasks including prior authorizations, referrals, and prescription support.
Contribute to daily team flow, supporting both patients and fellow staff.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment.

✅Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
✅ Active Medical Assistant Certification
✅ Proficienecy with electronic health redrocs
✅Strong communication skills & self-starter personality
✅Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
✅Ability to multi-task and provide support to multiple providers
✅Passionate about patient care
✅BLS certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)
✅Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and prior authorizations.
