High Lakes Health Care is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider interested in a TEMPORARY assignment with the High Lakes Health-care Upper Mill team. Reviews medications/allergies – verifies patient is taking all medications listed – state medication name, dosage, and frequency. Thoroughly updates the medication list with any reconciliation needed. Verify all allergies listed are accurate and no new allergies.7. Performs Intake Function – press intake button, verify you are in-taking today’s date.8. Captures patient’s chief complaint and enters into electronic health records (EHR) system.9.
